Companion Policy
Make sure that one companion stays with the patient.
Whether or not the patient needs a companion is determined by the patient's doctor.
The companion should not stay with the patient during the visit and medical care.
The companion is given a companion card by the nurse in charge of the service.
The companion assists in the patient's care to the extent permitted by the doctor.
The companion must comply with all rules set by the hospital.
Visitor Policy
For the health of your patients, make sure that there are no more than two visitors in the room at the same time.
Make sure that the visit time is limited to 10 minutes.
Our visiting hours are between 10:00-22:00.
For visits of patients in intensive care, reach the patient's nurse by the phone located at the door of the intensive care unit. If the visit will not adversely affect the patient's health and the intensive care environment is suitable, you can be admitted.
Do not bring children under the age of 7 to inpatient visits and children under the age of 16 to intensive care visits. If the doctor has prohibited visitors or companions, please be careful to comply.
Follow the recommendations of healthcare personnel when visiting patients who are isolated by the hospital.
Pay attention to the privacy of the patient and their relatives during your visits.
Do not come into direct contact with the patient for both your own health and the health of the patient.
Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before and after the visit.
Do not bring or accept food or drinks from outside.
Live and soiled flowers are not accepted into patient rooms due to the risk of infection. Soiled flowers that come on behalf of the patient are cared for and delivered to the patient when they are discharged.
Be careful not to cry or shout in the presence of our patients (as it may harm them).
Never interfere with treatment materials.
Please do not use mobile phones near the patient and in areas where there are medical devices.
Do not use a kettle in patient rooms as it may cause technical malfunctions.
Never smoke outside the designated areas in our hospital.
Pets are not accepted in our hospital.
